Installer
Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation and repair of low voltage systems in existing residential homes and commercial buildings
- Install Audio-visual equipment, smart home technology, and wireless systems
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to take direction from others
- Build rapport and communicate clearly with residential and commercial customers
- Recognize and diagnose other issues, and suggest solutions to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment— respect customers’ homes and buildings
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle— parts and tools stocked, interior clean, truck maintenance and logs up to date
- Submit all paperwork, orders, inventory needs, and job notes regarding projects on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Drivers license with clean driving record
- Excitement for and knowledge of audio visual and low voltage equipment
- Enthusiastic and professional
- Comfortable working both individually and in a team setting
- Detail-oriented
- Straight-shooter
- Good communicator
- Motivated, self starter— able to work independently within a framework of instruction rather than needing detailed instruction
- Personable and friendly, can create a conversation
